Week 2:
Seeing Yourself with Kindness

REFLECTION:
This week is about softening how you see yourself.

Prompts:

  • How do I speak to myself when things feel hard?
  • What would compassion sound like instead?
  • Where have I been too hard on myself?
  • What do I need most right now?

Week 3:
Remembering What Lights You Up

REFLECTION:
Joy is not something you have to earn, it is something you remember.

  • What brings me joy?
  • What did I love as a child?
  • When do I feel most alive?
  • What have I been putting off that lights me up?

Week 4:
From Protection to Connection

REFLECTION:
Your protection once served you. Now you are allowed to gently open.

  • Where do I feel safe to connect?

Week 5:
Living Your Truth, Gently and Authentically

Week 6:
Trusting Your Inner Knowing
